Who we are
Built for the busiest curb in Florida.
A South Florida transportation company that lives at the cruise terminals and the airport arrivals decks — the places where being ten minutes late is the whole story.
Miami, FLOur base — and the whole state is our route map
Our story
We started where the pressure is.
Lux Extreme SV was built around the two hardest jobs in ground transportation: cruise disembarkation and airport arrivals. Both put thousands of people on a curb at once, both run on a schedule nobody in the car controls, and both punish a company that guesses.
So we don't guess. We watch the vessel's actual berthing, not the brochure time. We watch your flight from the moment it leaves its origin. We know which garage to stage in, which terminal lane clears fastest, and how long the causeway really takes on a Sunday afternoon in season.
Around that core we do the rest of what South Florida asks for — weddings, conventions, corporate travel, day trips to the Keys, and long cross-state runs to Orlando and the Gulf. Same dispatch, same flat pricing, same vehicles.
Talk to usHow we work
Six things we don't compromise on.
We're early
Drivers are in position before the scheduled time, every trip. On port and airport work that margin is the entire product.
The price is the price
You get a flat quote before you book, covering the route, the vehicle and the wait. No surge, no meter, no surprise at the end.
We watch your arrival
Flight numbers and ship names go into dispatch when you book. Delays move your pickup automatically, at no charge.
Any group size
One passenger or fifty-six in a single vehicle, and more than that in convoy. We would rather source a bigger coach than turn a group away.
Clean, current vehicles
Late-model, detailed before every trip, and cooled down before you get in. In August in Florida that is not a small detail.
Someone always answers
Dispatch is staffed around the clock. If a plan changes at 2am on the way to a 6am flight, there is a human on the phone.
Who we drive
Most weeks our calendar is a mix of four kinds of passengers, and each one needs something slightly different from us.
Cruise passengers
Arriving the day before to a Miami or Fort Lauderdale hotel, then to the terminal in the morning — and the reverse a week later, usually with a flight to catch the same afternoon. Turnaround day is unforgiving, and it's the run we've optimized hardest.
Families and vacationers
Landing at MIA or FLL with children, car seats and more luggage than one SUV holds. A Tahoe, an Escalade or a Sprinter, booked ahead, removes the worst hour of the trip.
Groups and organizers
Wedding planners, conference coordinators, team managers and church group leaders, all of whom are judged on whether the bus showed up. We give organizers a direct line and a written plan rather than an app and a hope.
Business travelers
In and out in a day, often to a meeting that cannot move. A sedan, a driver who doesn't need directions, and a quiet cabin to work in.
Let's get you moving.
Tell us the date and the group, and we'll take it from there.
