Turnaround day at PortMiami is the hardest ground transportation problem in South Florida. Ships release passengers in waves from roughly 7am, the taxi rank does not move for long stretches, and rideshare surge pricing at 9am on a Sunday is genuinely eye-watering. A pre-booked vehicle sidesteps all of it.
We track the vessel's actual arrival rather than the printed schedule, because those two things routinely differ by an hour in either direction. An early berth means your driver is early; a delayed one means he waits, and you are not charged for it.
Where your driver meets you
Once you clear customs and collect your bags you come out into the terminal's ground transportation area. Your driver is in the pre-arranged pickup zone for that terminal with a name board, and you will have his name and mobile number by text the evening before.

What time should I book the pickup for?
As a rule, about an hour after the ship's scheduled arrival. Customs clearance and the walk to ground transportation take longer than people expect. If you have a specific flight, tell us the departure time and we will work backwards for you.
How early does my flight need to be?
For a domestic flight out of MIA, aim for a departure no earlier than four hours after the ship docks. Three is tight. Two means you should plan on staying a night instead.
Can you take us somewhere else first?
Yes — a hotel, a restaurant, or a few hours of sightseeing before a late flight. We can also hold luggage in the vehicle if you would rather not carry it around.
What if the ship docks late?
We watch the arrival and adjust. You are not charged for the wait, and your driver will not leave.
