Brickell is a corporate market first and a leisure one second. Most of what we do here is early-morning airport runs for people flying out for the day, client pickups from MIA, and evening work — and all of it is time-critical in a way that cruise transfers are not.
It is also physically the closest neighbourhood to PortMiami, ten to twenty minutes on a normal day. The catch is that Brickell Avenue and the bridges over the Miami River are among the worst congestion points in the county between four and seven in the evening, so an afternoon airport run needs a bigger buffer than the distance suggests.
