Sunny Isles is a narrow strip of oceanfront towers along Collins Avenue, and almost everything we do here is a condo or resort pickup. Like Aventura, it is close enough to the Broward line that Fort Lauderdale is often the more sensible airport.
Collins Avenue is the only real north–south road through the area, which makes it the single point of failure on a busy day. Our pickups here are timed with that in mind, particularly for southbound runs into Miami Beach and the port during season.

Why do you leave extra time on Collins Avenue?
Because it is the only real north–south road through Sunny Isles. When it is busy there is no alternative, so we build that into the pickup time rather than hoping.
Do you run to the Port of Miami?
Yes, twenty-five to fifty minutes depending on traffic, and Port Everglades is a similar run north.
